We contacted Rachel from Finest Occasions & Events and requested her to organise my 30th Birthday Party, which was held at our workplace warehouse, Adco Electric’s.

With over 140 guests attending, our evening was perfect and everyone had a wonderful time.

Our entire evening was arranged so professionally from organising and liaising on the decorations, furniture, entry feature, equipment, bar, cake, security, photography, together with organisation of the staff and many other festivities during the night.  All these details were personally handled by Rachel and her ‘hands-on’ involvement ensured that my birthday was a success.

Rachel, a very quick letter to thank you so very much for your invaluable assistance in pulling together our fund raising event at such late notice – I can’t believe what you achieved in a matter of days.

Despite your obviously busy schedule, you helped me feel like my event was the only job that mattered to you – and you did that by taking the time to understand my hope for the event, visiting the location, and understanding my time and budget constraints.  From climbing ladders, to stacking glasses and to visiting later that night to see ‘how it was going’ you showed extraordinary customer service – in fact, I felt more like a friend than a customer or client.

My first encounter with Rachel from Finest Occasions & Events was back in October 2010 to help me organize Brian’s 65th Cocktail Canapés Birthday Party.

Rachel’s knowledge, professionalism and awesome personality made it so easy for me to decide, sweet Rachel to organize Brian’s 65th.  Her endless help in choosing the venue, food, beverage, invitations, music, photographer, accommodation for the guests and last not least the settings for the evening.

Rachel, we thank you for making Brian’s 65th a very memorable one for him.  Brian was over the moon with everything and even the guests were very impressed with the choices of food and everything that happened on the night.
