Thank you once again for assisting us with a fabulous event. The feedback has been outstanding and comments to say that it is the best we have ever done. I think it was just flawless and I can't wait to see all the photos. I must say also that the videographer was outstanding, he really brought everything to life on screen and created so much energy to the presentation. How good was Verity too!! She was fantastic and didn’t miss a beat, I really think she was outstanding.

Just absolutely loved everything Rach and I know you put so much effort in on the day and beyond. Thank you again, it is such a pleasure working with you!

CIB Social Club Inc 2013

Finest Occasions & Events is led by the very talented Rachel Gardiner, who’s creativity combined with her attention to detail has made Finest Occasions & Events, one of Perth’s most respected Event Coordination companies.

Rachel has assisted the CIB Social Club by arranging our Formal dinner by organizing and we found that she was able to use her imagination and creativity to make our evening come true.

It wasn’t long before our guests were asking ‘who was The Planner?’  Rachel was acknowledged for her hard work and dedication to make our formal Dinner successful.

After such a successful Christmas Party last year, we once again asked Rachel from Finest Occasions & Events to assist with all details in organising our Corporate Christmas Party held at our premises for our staff and clients.
All details from liaising with the caterers, entertainment, styling and décor of the room, and event management of the night, were once again all efficiently handled by Rachel in organsing a bigger and better ‘Gentleman’s Night!
The service provided was once again professional and well organised we wish to thank Rachel for making our night a very memorable event once again.

After such a successful birthday party, we once again acquired the services of Rachel from Finest Occasions & Events to assist with all details in organising our Corporate Christmas Party held at our premises for our staff and clients.

With over 120 guests attending a Gentlemen’s Night, the evening was well and truly a great success and everyone had a wonderful time.

All details from liaising with the caterers, entertainment, styling and décor of the room, and event management of the night, were all efficiently handled by Rachel.

The service provided was once again professional, well organised and conscientious, and these qualities made the evening so enjoyable. I had so many comments about how great the night was and with all the time and effort put in by Rachel and her team to make the evening such a success, we would sincerely like to thank Rachel for making our night a very memorable event.

Once again, Finest Occasions & Events were so professional, well organised and meticulous and we would be happy to use Rachel and her team again for future parties and events.

Finest Occasions & Events was recommended to us and we were not disappointed – in fact, the evening’s success was largely because of the superior level of organisation that was offered by the company.

Director, Rachel Gardiner, was an absolute delight to work with; she was highly organised, creative, responsive and saw everything through to the last little detail. It took a lot of pressure off us at the hospital during a very busy time. Her pricing was extremely reasonable.

The best recommendation that I can make is that I will be using the Finest Occasions & Events for our next event.

Criminal Investigation Conference - Tue 28 Aug 2012

I just wanted to write to you personally to express my gratitude for your assistance with the organising of the inaugural WA Police Criminal Investigation Conference 2012.

Your organisational skills and industry knowledge and experience were but a few of your many talents we drew upon for the organisation of the conference. Personally, your charming and helpful nature was never able to be broken, even when things didn’t go quite according to plan and stress levels started to rise (as they invariably do in the big jobs). I think the level of planning assisted in making the event run smoothly, but you were unflappable and it was your calm and controlled demeanour that instilled confidence in me and no doubt led to such a smooth running of the conference.
It is without question that we would not have had such a successful event had it not been for your involvement from the very start until the very end. All along the way, you handled every request in your usual friendly and obliging manner, with nothing being too much trouble and most things actioned on the spot, despite your other competing priorities. I always knew if I asked something of you, that it would be done promptly and that can’t be understated. I also consider that many of your efforts were often above and beyond what you were engaged for and I just want you to know that it was acknowledged and greatly appreciated, particularly by me.

I thank you for being such a professional part of our organising committee and look forward to working with you again, hopefully next year. If you ever need a reference, I would be only too happy to give you a personal endorsement because I know from my experience that you have the attributes to deliver professionally every time.
